How to Find Relevant Content
There is a lot of content on this website. Finding content relevant to you and what you want to know is very simple if you know how. The main ways for finding relevant content are to:
1 Search for keywords or phrases using the search field at the top of the site. This is a quick way to find topics relevant to you.
2 Pick a keyword from the “Tags”. These typically appear in the side menu and can always in the footer of the page.
3 Visit the Blog. Most new content is updated through the blog. These are categorised and will then magically appear within other sections of the website.
Advice on Digesting Content
It is recommended that you do not consume en-mass the content on this site. It takes time to experience, realise and actualise what we read, hear or watch. Insight and wisdom don’t happen over night, in the same way muscle doesn’t grow in the instant you look at food. You must consume the food and give it time to be digested until it is embodied. So it is worth reading an article and then giving yourself a week to apply mindfulness in your life until you come to experience the teaching directly. This is about letting mindfulness be the source and centre of our living experience rather than thought. Always return to mindfulness as the basis for living and use reading as a secondary function to complement that, not the other way around. This is discussed in more detail in the article Reading and Your Meditation Practice.
