Meditation Group
The Meditation Group offered by Jagaro is called ‘The Mindful Moment’, the name representing the mindful experience we come to know and embody in the moment through the meditation practice. The group provides you the opportunity to learn and practice meditation with others interested in mindfulness. They are held in in Helensburgh and Stanwell Park, NSW (Australia), which is in the Northern Illawarra Region of Sydney.
Beginner’s Class
Beginner’s classes are also on offer for anyone new to meditation. Check out the timetable for the next session. These can also be taught in an online private session.
Private Sessions
Private sessions are also available so you can get instruction on meditation in relationship to your life. They are beneficial if you are not able to get to a regular meditation group or teacher or have something specific or private you wish to discuss.

Open and Welcoming
The classes are open to anyone who is interested in meditation, from beginners and up, regardless of different religious or spiritual backgrounds. Jagaro’s teachings focus on your life experiences and the practical applications of meditation towards it. If you live in the area and are interested in having a regular meditation group to sit with then please feel free to come along and enjoy a cup of coffee/tea and a Tim Tam with us.
