Jagaro offers a unique and enlightening overview of meditation, which gives anyone new to meditation a very clear understanding about how and why meditation actually works. This is something often misunderstood or rarely communicated clearly. People most often comment that after the beginners class they view meditation in a whole new light and how it so practically important and relevant to their life.
The Beginner’s Class is a good way to get an overview of how to sit, where to sit, how often to sit, what to do when meditating and how to maintain a regular meditation practice. Additionally, there are also a lot of misconceptions about what meditation is and how to do it properly. This session will also help clarify those points.
These sessions are based on demand and by appoint, so please contact us if you’d like to do a beginners class.
